I had an excellent experience with this doctor and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My expectations were not only met but exceeded. I honestly wish I had done this sooner. From the moment I connected with Dr. Jimenez’s office, I felt an immediate sense of trust and professionalism. His team, including his assistant Angelica and the rest of his staff, is attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making you feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Jimenez has an incredible bedside manner, calm, reassuring, and genuinely invested in his patients. He takes the time to understand your vision while guiding you with honesty and expertise, which made me feel completely confident in my decision. The day of surgery, his entire operating team, including the anesthesiologist, created an environment where I felt truly cared for and at ease. Every detail was handled with precision, intention, and compassion. The entire experience felt seamless. I underwent a breast reconstruction and a mini tummy tuck, and the results are beyond anything I could have imagined. After having three prior breast surgeries with some of Miami’s top surgeons, I was still left with results that needed significant correction. No one had been able to properly address the issues or achieve the outcome I was hoping for until Dr. Jimenez. He not only corrected the previous work, but elevated my results in a way that truly exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail is on another level. I was initially hesitant about traveling out of the country, but I would make the same decision a million times over. The quality of care, the personal attention, and the overall experience exceeded anything I have encountered anywhere in the U.S. The post operative care is also incredible. They do not just leave you after surgery, they continue to be attentive, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout your recovery, which makes the entire experience even more reassuring.
